DC3 Foundation Scholarships

Because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the DC3 Scholarship Deadline has been extended to May 1, 2020! Please click the link below to fill out your scholarship form and have it returned to Dodge City Community College by May 1, 2020.

Due to the generosity of many families, individuals, and organizations, the DC3 Foundation is proud to be able to offer scholarships for our Conquistadors! Please consider donating to these funds to help further the education of a future Conq!

The list of scholarships below includes all Foundation scholarships available to students at Dodge City Community College.

To be considered you must be a DC3 student (incoming or current), complete the DC3 Scholarship Application with the DC3 Financial Aid Office and turn in BEFORE the deadline of March 27, 2020, and maintain eligibility as detailed for each scholarship. DC3 also offers institutional scholarships that are awarded through the DC3 Financial Aid Office. For DC3 Financial Aid information, click here.

MOST SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AWARDED BASED ON MERIT (YOUR CUMULATIVE GPA).

If no minimum GPA was requested by the donor, the Foundation follows the minimum GPA requirements for scholarships by DC3. 

YOU MUST INDICATE ON THE DC3 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION THAT YOU ARE INTERESTED IN FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS! PROVIDE ALL MATERIALS NECESSARY TO PROVE YOUR ELIGIBILITY FOR FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS WITH YOUR DC3 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION (indicate major, desire, an essay to explain your situation, residency, team affiliation (such as rodeo), etc.).

An essay is NOT required, but suggested.

Due to variants in investment results, not all of the scholarships listed are available each year. Deadline for all scholarships, both through the Foundation and through the college, is as outlined by the DC3 Financial Aid Office. As indicated on the application, applications will not be considered and/or processed if the application is incomplete or past the deadline.

Current deadline is March 27, 2020.

BUSINESS: 
Robbins Business & Leadership3.0 minimum GPA; Must indicate interest in Business, Leadership, or Entrepreneurship; $500 per year only. 2 scholarships awarded per year; Extra $250 sent to FHSU if student can prove FHSU enrollment to the Foundation after DCCC graduation. Current freshman (enrolling as a DC3 sophomore) must provide a letter of recommendation from a DC3 business professor.
